  • In order to become a ServiceNow Elite Partner, companies must regularly perform at the top levels of ServiceNow's partners programme. For example, Elite Partners must complete twice as many implementations as Premier Partners, and the number of certified technical experts is significantly higher. But most importantly, Elite Partners must achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) through continually-measured surveys conducted by ServiceNow sent to key customer representatives. Survey respondents are asked to evaluate partners' work, performance and attitude on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being most positive. A summary of the returned results is the overall CSAT partner rating.
