  • In order to become a ServiceNow Gold Services Partner, companies must regularly perform at the top levels of ServiceNow's partners programme. For example, Gold Services Partners must complete twice as many implementations as Silver Partners, and the number of certified technical experts is significantly higher. But most importantly, Gold Partners must achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) through continually-measured surveys conducted by ServiceNow sent to key customer representatives. Survey respondents are asked to evaluate partners' work, performance and attitude on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being most positive. A summary of the returned results is the overall CSAT partner rating.
