GuideVision Adaptation Program

GuideVision’s Adaptation Program is unique among IT companies in that it gives new employees at all levels the time and space to get up to speed on everything they need to know to succeed in their new role, with a strong emphasis on practical knowledge and best practices.

Starting a new job in the IT industry can be challenging. There is often a lot to learn – from company processes and tools to technologies, methodologies and the specific needs of customers. At GuideVision, we believe that giving people the right foundation from the beginning helps them build confidence, develop their skills and become effective members of the team.

The Adaptation Program is designed to support this process. New employees have the opportunity to learn at their own pace, work with experienced colleagues and gain a broader understanding of how GuideVision operates. The program combines structured learning with practical experience, helping participants connect what they learn with their everyday work.

To find out what the program is like from the perspective of someone who has actually experienced it, we talked to two recent Adaptation Program participants – interns Mikuláš Bučko and Marek Havelka. They shared their experiences of joining GuideVision, what they learned during the program, and how the Adaptation Program helped them prepare for their roles.
