Senior IT Project Manager / PMO Guild Master
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior IT Project Manager who will lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow-based solutions while also serving as the PMO Guild Master, dedicating 50% of their time to fostering excellence within our Project Management community. This dual role is ideal for someone passionate about project execution and community leadership.
The Senior IT Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow-based solutions while also serving as the PMO Guild Master.
Project Management area (50%):
• Lead the delivery of ServiceNow-based solutions using internal methodologies with agile/scrum elements.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budge.
• Manage project financials including profit and loss.
• Monitor progress, perform risk management, and report to managemen.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Manage project resources and utilization.
• Track and analyse project performance and goal completion.
PMO Guild Leadership (50%):
• Lead the delivery of ServiceNow-based solutions using internal methodologies with agile/scrum elements.

Your ideal professional background should look like:
• 5+ years of experience in international project management.
• Proven leadership in managing complex project teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Expertise in Confluence, Jira, ITIL, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• Ability to manage people and drive community engagement.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
• Fluent in English; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is a plus.
