itSMF 2019 conference is behind us!

On January 25th, the 13th itSMF, the largest annual conference for users and professionals in IT Service Management area has ended. Participants of the event took part in two keynote sessions and a number of parallel workshops about the latest news in the area of Service Management.

The 2-day program offered something for everyone. It was a great opportunity for networking, technical discussions, and industry meetings. Being a gold partner of the conference guaranteed us 2 speaking slots. Our experts Jirka Skala and Lukas Perutka presented their slides in the general session rooms during the first day. More of that Jirka Skala has also prepared a very popular workshop for the conference visitors.
